Pactimo Commitment to Women's Cycling

For those who may be new to the sport and unaware of the storied past when it comes to women’s clothing, it wasn’t all that long ago when women cyclists were expected to wear jerseys, bibs and skinsuits that were at best, ceremoniously identified as “unisex.” The unsettling reality was those items were nothing more than men’s kit renamed to meet the needs of the increasingly popular mixed-gendered team and clubs.

With roots in custom team and club clothing, where the trend was especially prevalent, Pactimo became an outlier and pushed back on that way of thinking. Early in their history, Pactimo made it a priority to create cycling clothing and accessories

specifically designed to meet the unique needs of female riders. Not only was it about manufacturing clothing that would make it easier for women to find the gear they need to ride comfortably and confidently, but Pactimo made it a mission to raise the

profile of women's cycling, inspiring others to get involved in the sport.

Today, Pactimo continues to make a real difference in the world of women's cycling with their sponsorship of the Human Powered Health World Tour Team, the Groove Off-Road Cyclocross Team and through their continued support of organizations such as WMBA and WCN, which promote and create advocacy for women in the sport. They are a true partner to the women's cycling community, and continue to help make cycling a more accessible and enjoyable sport for all.

Pactimo's Mountain Bike Collection has been designed for the rigors of off-road riding, with a focus on durability, comfort, and performance. Covering all disciplines of mountain biking, the collection includes a variety of jerseys, shorts, bibs, and accessories for both men and women that have been constructed with lightweight, breathable fabrics that wick moisture and keep you cool and comfortable on even the hottest days. Pactimo has also made it their emphasis to source recycled fabrics that are not only earth-friendly, but are durable enough to withstand the demands of the trail.
